All: A warm welcome to Jörg Wittenberger! He has ported our SRFI-110 implementation to Chicken Scheme. He privately sent me the patches to make it work on chicken, and I've already accepted nearly all of the patches in the "develop" branch of our git repo.
He's just recently joined the mailing list, so we can discuss the rest publicly. I rejected a few patches because they made the guile implementation fail, but I have high hopes he'll be able to modify them so they can all get in too. For example, he has a patch to make Chicken Scheme keywords work (great!), but it'll need tweaking because guile can't parse the way he did it originally. My hope is that eventually the Scheme code will "just work" on many Scheme implementations. --- David A.
