Support and administer the CommVault backup and recovery environment. Provide on and off-hour support for all support-related storage and back-up needs. Maintain proper communication with team leads and management when issues occur or escalation is needed. Ensure all support requirements are addressed in an agreed-upon timeframe so the transition to Operations can occur in a timely manner.
