Hey there good people Abdul here. So if you want to do some flipping then buy yourself a McDonalds franchise or maybe 5 of them then you will make some serious money flipping things. Some of you want to get rich quick and have the lifestyle of the rich and famous. So some of the things they have are good and some are not. You have to choose wisely because it is not just about the money. Money can't buy you moral values. You either have those or you don't. If you have ever heard any of the stories of the fortunate or unfortunate people that win the lottery then you know that sometime having a lot of money that you haven't worked for can be your undoing. So you say it won't happen to you. So you want to be a gambler and see if you can beat the house. Well you may gamble however the house doesn't gamble. They are in business to take your money just like the lottery people just like the get rich quick people. The snake oil sellers are worse than the used car salesmen. They read and feed on your greed. They know that you want to take a chance and even if you win sooner or later you will lose it all back and then some more because the deck is stacked against you. If you play with fire long enough you will get burned. Remember we are not talking about using fire properly for what it was intended we are talking about playing with fire. So know what you are doing. Educate yourself learn as much as you can about this great business of real estate investing because once you get the real knowledge you will be able to provide for you and the ones that you love in the best possible ways. So look at this scenario buying a 5 unit apartment building that has an average rental income of 500 dollars a month brings you monthly income of 2 thousand 5 hundred dollars per month and 30 thousand dollars a year. That's a good starting income depending on your expenses then you just increase the numbers and before you know it you're up to 50 units and then 100 units and you keep growing from there.
