Die Release Notes sagen, dass es da eine Änderung gab:
"[New] [All] Controls: Added new TabIndex property for
RectControls, this now separates the Z-Order from Tab
Order. (Feedback ID: xhckwuwn)"
Und der Bug Report bnvfvdgi wurde mittlerweile auch
als "Not a bug" markiert. Mit folgender Begründung:
"From the beginning of 2008r1, those buttons only
change z-order, no longer affect the tab index of
controls. The new feature makes things easy for the
people only want to change the order of view."
