Yes, the support forum hosted by REAL is pretty active and I seem to get answers to questions from RB employees more quickly than on this list. And the response time on the list from an RB employee isn't to shabby anways.
I would prefer the support forum to this list since the forum is easily seachable for past answers and responses to questions are all kept in the thread. Right now I use GMail to manage my RB mail lists and that works good but I do prefer the on-line forum.
