Yes, I worried a little about that myself. You are probably right. I
just know that I wouldn't have been a big fan of RB without all the help
that those who contribute to the NUG provide. Just wish there were a
nice way to let those big contributors know how important they are, as
well as to let others know the kinds of comments that are most appreciated.

That's a creative idea. Certainly Matt and Joe are each unique in
their invaluable contributions to the RB community.
Frankly though, things like this can cause some seriously hurt feelings.
What about the other RB engineers who also participate very actively
in this list and bring an even wider range of resources to the RB
community? And what about the other book authors or plugin writers who
have hung in there supporting RB even longer than Dr Matt did?
Whenever I would try to give a particular RB engineer an 'at a boy',
Joe Strout himself would remind me that RB is truly a team effort.
Maybe that's the best way to think of it...
