I can name two world-class products written in Delphi right off the bat: 1. TOAD (Tool for Oracle Application Developers, Quest Software). Pretty much the tool to beat in the Oracle development world, even more so than Oracle's own tools in many cases.
2. FeedDemon (Bradsoft/NewsGator): Much as NetNewsWire is on OS X, FeedDemon is one of the most popular and capable RSS programs for Windows.
