I'll second, third and fourth that!  There is also a very strange issue with
ccs on panels/controls and their visibility.  I'm still trying to track down
exactly where the issue is on that one.  I thought it was a parent issue,
but its not entirely.  I am pretty sure that these panel/cc/control issues
of visibility are all related, but I just cant seem to pin it down - not
enough time at the moment.

I have had to resort to using placards as a "backing" parent, then make
certain that closed/destroyed panels are closed in the order they were
instantiated - this make for a bit of a weird user experience, but generally
acceptable.  At least there is very *little* bleed through.

Well, I wrote too soon. I revisted my old leaky CC demo and made one change which fixed everything for me. I set the parent Window's Composite property to true. Now I see no bleeding.
