Doesn't appear so - There is "condition" tag ("Comp") that is used
with classes to select whether they should be built into the app, but
adding that to a file type ("fTyp") does not appear to have the
desired effect (i.e. the flag gets ignored and the icon is still
endung up in the PEF app's "icns" resource). This was tried with
