yeah me neither...it seems those selections work by columns where they
should be working by rows (hence only one important. Only one must have,
etc etc.

Something I'd always thought should be gathered is statistics on who
started using RB when, what version they last bought, and what's keeping
them from upgrading to the latest version if they have not upgraded for a
while.
So, instead of just saying someone should do this, I paid for a
subscription to a survey hosting service and will run my own.
It might not be a statistically valid sample, but it may at least
coalesce some of disparate feelings into one set of numbers that I can
send to Geoff and Matt.
