You are true, resource needs will be increased with project size, but a one hundred classes project is not so big to collapse the resources of modern computer (unless the environment is made with a bandage in the eyes).
I have used (and paid) RB since v 1.0 with the hope that sometime they will fix all the bugs and errors in their IDE , compiler and database management, I have not had luck. Now I am wondering if it's profitable to keep giving my money for a product that doesn't improve its reliability within time. I am frustrated after all the time, money and resources we have inverted in developing software with (and for) RB. Because of that we are thinking in alternatives to RB,but it's not an easy task.
