2005/2006 are the same and if you have a valid plan you can use wither one
That's why only 1 button for those
Take into account that some people have not upgraded - yet - from 2005r4 to
2006. I am one of them.
Also, I am off-line, so I didn't have the chance - yet - to fill the survey; I
will do that this afternoon.
