Well, not everyone has been there as long as you have. So, give those people a break. It's a new experience to them and they have the right to talk about it just like others did years ago, IMO. They are dissatisfied, after all. If you are dissatisfied with something, don't you wish to be able to talk to someone about it? Sure, it is annoying for you and others to see it repeated again and again, but YOU complaining about their new bad experience is not different from their complaints, basically. You both complain, so what makes your complaint about them valid while their complaints are not valid? Please stop complaining, it won't help the substance of the discussion, but instead only causes more aggravation, and that's what we're all trying to avoid, right? Everyone needs a time to vent sometimes. Grant them theirs, please.
