Is there a keyboard shortcut on windows and mac to move back and forward
between methods accessed in the code editor pane?
If you're talking about toggling between two methods, the nearest I've
found are the History Backward (Ctrl+[) and History Forward (Ctrl+]) keys.
These work OK on my keyboard but presumably would not work on some
international keyboards.
I don't have a Mac here to check the equivalents, but presumably they're
listed on the History menu.
I don't believe this works under RB5.5. It does work under RB2006.
I am also still using RB55 and would love to have this feature.

In the world before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought
order, but the phoenix can fly only when it's feathers are grown. The
four worlds formed again and yet again, as endless aeons wheeled and
passed. Time and the pure essences of Heaven all worked upon a
certain rock, old as creation. It became magically fertile. The first
egg was named "Thought". Tathagata Buddha, the Father Buddha said
"With our thoughts, we make the world". Elemental forces caused the
egg to hatch. From it came a stone monkey.
The nature of monkey was irrepressible!!
