Caution! AB support is buggy. At least saving records is strongly
non-deterministic. Even if your app works, be sure to extensively
test using more / other records.
Moreover, in R 5.5.5 there was a Me-Record bug: Since RB didn't checked
the existence of Me, apps crashed, if no Me were available but the
tried to read it.
MBS plugin has extensive AB support.

The AddressBookRecord super class has a Value() method, but this
method takes a string value and the only information I have found
on the Apple website involves using Constants instead of the actual
string label.
