I just public released my NEW Realbasic Software Program MedALERT PC 2006
(It's an update of the old Rapid-Q compiled version)
I have a end-user in Holland and he says that the print outs on A4 paper are
way to big. I had him send me some scanned images of it and sure enough he
was right, way to big!.
Mind you the layout of the graphics and text was in placed (alignment that
is) but the normal print out that I can print out is now doubled in size on
his printer.
I had him use Letter size paper instead of his A4 and still the same thing.
Is there something different with a USA Windows printer setup then compared
to other countries?
Now my app will bring up the Printer Setup Page before printing as that was
an issue with Windows systems (just clicking on OK will load the windows
parameters for printing), then the Print Now window comes up so you and
either Print or abort.
I need help guys as I am at a loss here as to how to even fix this issue.
All the TextFonts, Fonts Sizes and all that are all set per each section of
the print out. Is a Dutch Windows version of Arial Font at 10 the same as
USA version?
