Such a plugin is available. I made it some months ago.
It is part of the MBS Plugin collection.
HASPMBS class for HASP4 dongles and HASPHLMBS class for the new
HASP HL
dongles.
I also wrote the older official HASP4 plugin for them, but they are
quite silent about it to me.
