Unlikely as they just release RB2006 R1 a few weeks ago.
"few weeks ago": January 11th, 2006.
That is 20 + 28 = 48 days ago. You know that there is a 90 days (max) between two releases that means a beta is on the pipeline (or can be, or _HAVE_ to be).
In other words, we are on 32 days (max) 'till REALbasic 2006r2.
Don't know what can be its feature set and I will not know 'till it will be released.

I think you should keep counting these important milestones.
