I wouldn't agree that any such generalized evaluation was ever made
by the Director community. Perhaps for some specific group of users
you are talking about, but in terms of Director developer community
"mind-share" (if such a thing exists), no single database xtra is
considered to be any better than any other - no matter the size or
requirements of the database.
Pretty much just like the RB community. Lots of choices for
databases. They're all pretty good, and have all been used successfully.
Everyone has an opinion on which one is "best" - particularly the
developers and marketers of the database systems. ;-)
