I am getting the following error message under Windows:

The instruction at "0x0042f726" referenced memory at "0x00000614". The
memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate. Click cancel to debug.

The error started happening between a "final candidate" version of the
software and the final release. So in other words, there were no major
changes or features added/deleted. Just some minor tweaking. The software
is designed to run without any user interaction, so the crash is not
occurring in response to anything a user is doing. It is just crashing over
time.

Unfortunately, this error is only happening at the customer’s site and only
on 3-4 out of ~20 computers. I cannot reproduce it in house. I have limited
remote access, but not to any of the machines that are producing the error.

Any ideas?
