I'm almost positive that this has come up on the list before and the
thought was to have the data actually stored in the program after
passing it through the EncodeBase64 function. Then when you actually
go to use it pass it back through the DecodeBase64 function. Others
even mentioned breaking the strings into pieces that are created at
different points in the program so that they are not all together.
