I designed my software to conform with the guidelines however I
have not had
the time to acquire the equipment to test against the specific
requirements
using the various Microsoft tools that collect data about the test
environment and I think report test passes and failures.

Thanks for this info. I confirms what I suspected: it's a real
monster of project that is best left, at least for my products,
until more harm then good is done by not having it.
