Thank you.....  I will file a report......

As for the work-around...... I am trying to use the same printersetup object since that is what is recommended to avoid corruption of the object..... which will then crash your machine.

I CONFIRM this problem. Tested with 2005r4 and 2006r1 on
Windows 2000.

I found a Workarounf for the problem that might help you.
Use
 app.ps = New PrinterSetup
before
 g = OpenPrinterDialog(app.ps)

It always work fine and the printer dialog is shown :)
