Oh my heavens, yes!
That'd be a great place for these functions, along with the usual
mean/median/mode, standard deviation, chi-squared tests, and other
stuff I only vaguely remember from my statistics courses...
I'm not really qualified anymore to write such a module, but I'd be
happy to host it if you'd like.
Not sure how much I can contribute, but I'll help however I can. This
would be great!
