I just made a quick test app with a multiline editfield on a
pagepanel, and it ran fine under Win98. RB2006r1, compiled under
Mac OS X 10.3.9. Just a quick and dirty test, one editfield on
one pagepanel, but as far as I can see there's no trivial
incompatibility between Win98 and RB2k6 editfields on pagepanels.
OK after much digging, I've found that it seems to be related to what
OTHER controls are on other (hidden) PagePanels.
Still not figured out what caused it, but a PagePanel with many
panels fails, and PagePanel with a few panels do work, and this is
Win98 not the SE edition.
This is a tricky one, andI dont wanna destroy the app to support
Win98 by breaking functionality for Mac OS X /( Win2k/XP.
