At this point you simply turn drag reorder rows property on
Norman, it sounds like you missed "hierarchical" in the request
above. Neither of these responses work for hierarchical listboxes:
in the first case, you need someplace to store the data of rows that
are not disclosed (so the CellTag won't do), and in the second case,
you need to do a lot more than turn on DragReorderRows to get it to
work with hierarchical listboxes.
