My message must have been sent before I finished it, as I had also written that I had tried to use RB's feedback system, but it had crashed showing a screen that the page was not reachable, after I finished filling in their form. This was not my first run in with the RB feedback system, hence my irritation and resort to writing to the list.
I don't understand why RB can't provide more feedback. There could be a compile debug mode that automatically inserted the exception errors that Jim suggested putting in manually. That was a useful suggestion, and I would do it if I really needed to run the code on a Mac, but it works fine on a PC, so I am continuing on that platform.
