Yes, it's possible -- I'm not sure I understand the "how" question.
To change the text, for example, you'd simply write:
theField.Text = someNewText
where "theField" is a reference to your EditField, and "someNewText"
is some new text.
If this doesn't clear it up for you, perhaps you can go into more
detail about what you find puzzling.
