Hello:
There are sometimes that the File->Save and Save As.. commands
doesn't work in 2006r1 after sometime using the IDE, and when that
occurs, the "Save" toolbar button works. (customize the toolbar to
have the save button)
Just a tip I learned a while back on this list that might help you
