I see you use XML files for syntax highlighting.
You may want to check this:

These are the XML files for KATE, the KDE Advanced Text Editor.
They are very similar to yours, IMHO. If you modify your code a bit,
you have all their XML files for free. Since KDE is Open Source, I
think you can use the files for free.
