What is "Preparing Plugins" doing and why does it take about 10 mins

Hi Mathieu,
I don't understand pre-compiled. Is it linking them together as a
single post project chunk of binary code (that can't right, I don't
always use every plugin) or is it just parsing the file looking for
ways to speed up the plugins for use in the IDE.
I still couldn't explain this to my colleagues if they asked me.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.
