Okay, this one has me puzzled. On OS X (or even classic), this wouldn't be a problem as I could give the files a file type and a creator code that matches that of the app that creates them. I've got the icons (and masks) in question already put into the space provided on the dialog you get from "Edit | File Types | Add...", and making sure to check the "Document Icon" checkbox. But since Windows doesn't have a file type or creator codes, how can I make my RB app appear on the list when I right-click on a file and select "Properties..." from the contextual menu, and then click on the "Change..." button next to "Opens with: Unknown application" so that I can tell Windows that this file really is 'attached' to my app? My app creates a file called Fractals.ctb and I have the string ".ctb" in the space (on the dialog mentioned above where you put the file icons in) labeled "Extension:", so it's not a problem of the 3 character file extension... I hope.
