Guyren, I'm the original poster. I suppose I hadn't even gotten that far. My concern was simply with being able to "communicate" with a Palm device from my application (no matter what I was going to actually *do*). I'm sure the JFile items would be useful, but I need to be able to talk first, and preferably under my own power (i.e. creating my own conduit). Admittedly my understanding of this issue is pretty close to nil, however, anything you could provide would surely be helpful.

The ability to generate JFile databases from REALbasic might be of interest to the original poster, or to others reading this thread.
