You can cache the "MyBigPic.Graphics" into a local variable before the loop starts. And you can cache the current image in a variable so you don't call two times the array getter. But that may only make 1% or less. Better maybe if you do not create the small pictures, but calculate the size before and create the small ones directly into the big one.
