CFDelegatePlugin 0.1 gives rb users the opportunity to have any
object implement events for another object. If you don't need that,
it also gives users weak references to objects and a method calling
system like ' obj.PerformMethod( "Dothis( a as integer )", args ) '.
It also lets you query an object to see if it actually implements a
method.
