I am developing an application on Mac but going to be deploying on
Windows so I use windows2000 as my test platform and I am having some
issues that work on a mac but not on Windows.
Issue 1:
I have a main window of my application that is set to not be
visible. When i start my application I use app open even to first
open a SplashWindow that I have created that is a Shadowed
Box....once I display the Splash window for a set time I then set it
to not visible and set my main window to visible...this works great
on my Mac.
But on windows the splash window shows and has the background color
that I set but the static text I have displayed on this window will
not show....just a blank windows that is blue....Again on a mac it
work perfect and shows the static text on the splash window.
Issue 2:
I have an edit field that I use the mask property like this: ###-###-
#### because I want to use a phone number in it....On windows it does
not obey the mask properties and allows me to enter
anything.....Again works great on a mac.
Can anyone please help me with this issues??
