There is a package in the installer which is not on as default.
Old compiler support or something like that.

And of course it can be installed in command line tools with a command
which you can find easily by google. At least I found it long ago.

But, I do not remember - my memory failed to remember - how to do that (except the Google thing that I will do this afternoon).
