The problems I run into testing folder drops were mainly caused by a
subtle IDE bug:
Changing the MacType in the FileTypes panel may only change the
visual appearance in the IDE but not the MacType itself. In my case
I changed 'Fold' to 'fold', but actually the MacType was not changed.
So my test results were a little biased. Reopening the saved project
showed that the value was still 'Fold'.
