I wasn't able to attend REALworld (hopefully next time!), but I noticed in the schedule there was a presentation by Paul Scandariato on writing applications targeted for kiosks.

I'm writing an application that, although not targeted directly for kiosks per se, will be used in a laboratory setting by test subjects in various states of impairment, and thus needs to be locked down pretty well, so that they can't see system UI elements, can't exit the application until finished, etc.

Is there some way I can get hold of the information from the kiosk presentation, either from an attendee, from Mr. Scandariato, or RS? Also, was the information geared towards OS X, Windows, Linux, or some combination of these? My application targets OS X and Windows, and hopefully Linux in the future.

Thanks in advance for any help!
