I'd like to use a PopupMenu's MouseUp event, but seem to be in a Catch-22:
If I want to use its MouseUp event, I have to set the return value for the PopUpMenu1.MouseDown to True. When I do that, the combo no longer responds to the MouseDown by opening its list, so I see no way for the user to alter the selected list item.
