Nope, the settings of using/not using the Horizontal Scrollbar is
also 'Locked' in runtime .. Fill an Feature Request, and hope....
I am not able to find a way of doing this. -- I know, I could
disable the built-in one and add my own. But that seems silly since
there is one built-in.
Any suggestion is welcome.
