Considering I will already be supporting OSX, XP and Linux, maybe
supporting OS9 would be over-stretching things somewhat. Plus,
having to boot up to OS9 every time I'd need to test (as I don't
think that running an OS9 app in an OSX environment is a true
benchmark?) will soon lose its novelty.

One other thing to consider is that you cannot remotely debug your
application running on OS 9, and you can't run RB2005/6 under OS 9.
So you either write perfect code which doesn't need debugging (as we
all do) or you limit yourself to what is available in RB 5.5 and use
that for debugging on OS 9.
A pain, but there you go.
