I agree with you Steve. I'm using a lot of PNG and TIF files with
transparancy.
For years I'm using the MBS plugins for drawing these normal graphic
files into a RB canvas.
Maybe you can make a wish in the feedback system of RS and mail this
list the ID of it.
Maybe there are more developers to sign for this.
