Well, current version is sqlite 3.2.8 and there are plans to upgrade
to the latest 3.3.x version in the next release.
What you should try to understand is that any version between 3.3.0
and 3.3.3 should be considered experimental and not stable.
The first stable version in the 3.3.x branch is version 3.3.4 that
has been released in mid february.
The built-in internal database engine is an essential part of the RB
environment and we really can't release a non well tested version.
Anyway, version 3.3.5 seems stable and you can be sure to see it in
next RB versions.
