I'm trying to decode a webpage naively encoded to HTML from (I
believe) Windows ANSI. For example, (R) (registered symbol) is %ae;
This:
DefineEncoding(DecodeURLComponent(<line of html>,
Encodings.WindowsLatin1)
converts (R) to some evil double-headed cross thing. WindowsANSI does
the same thing.
What is the correct procedure for processing this page (2K6r1, 10.4)?
