In the process of submitting a bug report about my problem with
AcceptFileDrop, I ran across a very good feature request:

Suggestion is that the data and file types accepted by a RectControl
for drop be dynamic, i.e. you can add and remove them as the app runs.
I've added this to my watch list and would urge others who accept
file drops to do same.
