Still using 2005r4 for one project as we're just at a junction where an upgrade would disrupt things

I'm trying to figure out where a memory leak seems to be happening but DebugDumpObjects, when used in a thread, seems to do nothing. I know it gets called as I have a break point right on the line where the call is made, but I call it, go look everywhere on my HD for the file it should have created an there isn't one.

Is there an issue in 2005r4 calling DebugDumpObjects in a thread ?
Any other reasons why it would NOT create the file in the RB application directory in a debug build ?
