When run, it opens two windows. One can be resized and continues to
work, while the other window will not respond to scrollbar
mouseclicks when resized and also has all sorts of refresh issues.
As far as I can tell, the two windows are identical. Weird.

Yo must use Lock.Left / Lock.Top ..... on both the examples for the
html viewer...
