That was true the last time I checked using RB 1, 2 , 3 , 4 or later (I don't remember the version). But this not true any more, so the behavior changed somewhere between RB 1 and RB 2006.
Sorry for the confusion, but it is hard to memorize all the bugs and workarounds over the years.
