He probably is referring to Windows since I've also noticed problems with bevel buttons flickering a lot when resizing a window (by dragging the bottom corner) on Windows XP. I know how to double-buffer drawing to a canvas, but how does one double-buffer a native control like a bevel button? If there is a way to minimize the amount of bevel button flickering on Windows, I would sure love to know too since I use a lot of bevel buttons in one particular app. Thanks!
